This product is not what the commercial implies about it. The commercial shows that the product is used similar to an electric shaver. This is totally false. The product is used like a tweezer unlike one you get for $3 at the drug store. You must pluck each hair out. I sent the product back and they say there is no money back guarantee. Totally unsatisfactory.

Customer Review: I loved the results of this product!
I used this to remove the course hair above the bikini area, legs, and under arms and I am thrilled with the results. Everything is smooth, smooth, smooth! And, because this also exfoliates, I expect that I wont have any ingrown hair problems.

I did follow the directions. Also, I trimmed areas with longer hair first. And, I did not go near my most delicate skin areas. I’ll continue to shave in the normal fashion there.

My motivation for writing this that I want this product to succeed so that they will continue to make the replacement heads!

Try this for a few days. Like the directions said, I used the products I normally use to calm the shaved skin and I love the results!

(BTW the poweredy ash the one commenter referred to is what remains of the exfoliated skin. That is how it is supposed to be!)

I was disappointed with the product, primarily because it was “most ungentle” when removing hair from the delicate bikini area. I purchased this product because my electric shaver was “prickly” and left razor burn. This was no better, though I did appreciate the size and shape; it was quite easy and comfortable to hold–just NOT to USE.
